We come prepared to tackle the buildup and scrub some shine back into your home. These are labor intensive cleans and take more time and effort than our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings, and it’s how we reset your home before starting your recurring service if you choose to keep us on.

Move in/make ready and move out cleanings
Our move in and move out cleanings are only offered to current cleaning clients on a case-by-case basis. These are the most labor intensive cleans we offer, they take the longest due to the scope of work and high attention to detail that we provide from top to bottom of your home. Prices for these are based on square footage, level of detail, and our availability.

Commercial after hours office cleaning
We offer after hours (evenings or weekends only) commercial cleaning services for office spaces as well and prices are based on square footage. Call or text to set up a walkthrough for a quote!
FAQ
Who will be cleaning? Myself/Sarah! I occasionally will hire a trusted helper or two that come with me to clean as well, and I’ll always give a heads up in those instances, so you know what to expect.
Which clean should I book? If you’re booking with me for the first time (or over six weeks from your last clean) then it will be considered a first time/deep clean.
Do you bring anything? We bring everything needed aside from toilet bowl brushes and trash bags every time. We can use your preferred products but there may be an additional cost due to us being unfamiliar with your products and it may take longer and cause additional steps for us.
My dog can be unpredictable around new people and vacuums, and my cats are indoor only, what should I tell my cleaner? While we love your pets, we ask that any potentially aggressive pets be crated or kept in a room we won’t be cleaning during your service to ensure everyone’s safety, and please do tell us if your cats are indoor only or if they can go in and out so we know if we need to be extra cautious around coming and going.
I want to make sure my cleaner is comfortable in my home, how should I have my thermostat set for them? Please have the AC set to a max of 74 during the summer and a max of 60 during the winter. We cannot clean in homes that don't use the AC during the summer or use too much heat during the winter, heat stroke is very serious and it's very easy for us to get overheated while cleaning, please understand that we may need to adjust the thermostat while in your home but we always try to remember to reset it to your comfort level before we leave.
Is there anything you won’t clean? We won’t clean blood, pet accidents or human waste, and all areas need to be free of rodents and any bug infestations for our safety.
