Hi! My name is Sarah Mealey, and I own and operate Hedgehog Cleaning Service as a solo cleaner here in central Austin, TX. 

I am a queer single mom to a teenager and we have a small scruffy dog. Recently we’ve been fostering guinea pigs through the Austin Guinea Pig Rescue and get a lot of joy from it. I grew up wanting to be an artist, and now I channel that into my hobbies of sewing and creating an artful cozy living space for my little family. Surprisingly, my work as a cleaner fits into that dream of creating art through space that can be very rewarding.

I’ve been professionally cleaning since 2016, and I truly enjoy the process of cleaning things up to make your life just a little bit less burdensome! I believe everyone deserves to live in a safe and clean environment and my hope is that you come home to a place that feels taken care of and fresh, giving you a space you can relax in or give you more time for things you’d rather be doing than cleaning.
